Our partnership with Ceco Concrete Construction began with their need to unify their brand experience across several different locations who were creating their own uniforms and branded merch. As a result, the branches all had slightly different logo treatments, types of products, and quality levels. This was damaging the brand in a market that is becoming more competitive every day.

In addition to a lack of brand consistency across their organization, Ceco was also spending significant time and money purchasing individual orders of branded merch.

To combat these problems, IDX collaborated with Ceco to create a custom company store and consolidate merchandising efforts into a consistent, high-quality expression of their brand.

With Ceco, we were able to leverage economies of scale to bring down their costs and provide high-quality branded items across the board. By streamlining the process through IDX’s custom company store solution, we also established parameters regarding price, style, and which logos and colors were approved for use. All locations are now using consistent branded merch, while saving money at the same time.

The IDX team was large enough to get the job done, while being nimble enough to react to Ceco’s needs quickly and efficiently. We listened carefully and became a trusted partner early in the process – a significant contributor to success for this project.
